MarabuKudil is entirely operated by Volunteers across the globe. As SiddhYogi says, All Participants of MarabuKudil are Volunteers and All Volunteers of MarabuKudil are participants. SiddhaYogi Rajababu is also a volunteer who shares his wisdom to the practitioners. Practitioners of Siddha Spiritual Science have transitioned to Volunteer roles to help in various committees within the organization like Public Relations, Finance, Technology, Projects, Field Work, etc.
